2025-2026 EMPOA Board of Directors

The 2026 EMPOA Annual Dues must be paid by January 31st, 2026.  Information regarding annual dues will be sent to property owners by mid-December.

The dues are $200.00. There is a $5.00 late fee if dues are not paid by January 31st, 2026.  An interest fee of 10% annually will accrue if dues are not received by the EMPOA Board by March 1st, 2026.

Please note.  Each member is responsible to pay dues by the deadline.  Members should send payment (please include lot number) to: EMPOA, PO Box 525, Paw Paw WV 25434.
