In 2016, the amended and voted upon Covenants of the Eagle Mountain Property Owners Association were certified by the clerk of the Court, Hampshire County. This Covenant is part of an ongoing process of an amended document that reflects efforts to ensure good governance of members within the Eagle Mountain Property Owners Association.
