The annual meeting was held on 09/20/2025. The amendment to the covenants was passed for Article IV Paragraph 1 to change use to long term rentals only. Updated covenants are now downloaded on the website and recorded in the Hampshire County Clerk's Office.
Eagle Mountain is a private community for owners. It is up to all of us to preserve the beauty of Eagle Mountain.
Please note that ONLY property owners that are part of the Eagle Mountain subdivision will be sold a gate remote. The cost of a remote is $12 dollars.
